关于
I am a researcher in the Cloud Infrastructure group at Microsoft Research Cambridge, focusing on enabling robotic technologies for data center operations. My original background is in architecture, where I designed buildings and worked at various firms in London. Initially focused on the built environment, I later ventured into human-computer interaction and digital fabrication. This transition has given me a unique perspective on how emerging technologies influence our interactions with the spaces we inhabit. I am particularly interested in the convergence of these fields, especially how we can augment our living environments through technology. I have also been exhibiting various interactive installations aimed at engaging the public with emerging technologies.
Recently, my research has focused on building robots and machines, designing hardware and motion systems from the ground up. I contributed to the development of robotic libraries for Project Silica. For my Phd I developed an open-source multi-axis 3D printer and toolpath generator for conformal printing of electrical traces.
I received my BSc in Architecture (ARB/RIBA Part 1) from the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, in 2015, and my PhD in Design Engineering from Imperial College London in 2022.
