I am an Applied Scientist in Microsoft, Search, Assistant and Intelligence (MSAI) group, working in Knowledge Mining team. My current work involves building enterprise knowledge base – entity conflation & linking, ranking models to recommend various related attributes for entities, closely working with Viva Topics product team. My research interests include machine learning, natural language processing, semantic modeling & graph learning.

Before joining Microsoft, I did my master’s in computer science from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB), India in 2013 and bachelor’s in computer engineering from College of Engineering Pune (COEP), India in 2011. My academic research was mostly focusing on probabilistic graphical models and parameter estimation with semi-supervised learning in social networks.
