Determine if due to government requirements and contractor’s unique qualifications a Justification & Approval (J&A) is required.
Through the HaCC Customer Portal, complete the task order package process. The DISA Acquisition Package Preparation System (DAPPS) guides mission owners through the DOD acquisition process and assists by digitally preparing, editing, signing, submitting, and tracking an acquisition package.
Release the Request for Proposal (RFP) to applicable JWCC service providers.
Receive service provider proposals and evaluate based on the criteria established.
Fund awarded task order and start receiving cloud-based services.

JWCC is available for any information technology mission owner within the DoD.

Direct awards for cloud services will be made to cloud service providers (CSPs) through task orders. To initiate the task order process, please work with your organization’s contracting officer. DoD customers can submit a task order solicitation through the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) or their own contracting office.

Through Microsoft service offering on JWCC, DoD mission owners are able to leverage compute, networking, storage, database, AI and ML services along with cloud support, professional and migration services, and tactical edge devices. Microsoft has the most cloud services for U.S. Government than any other CSP with more than 170 DoD IL2 and 150+ DoD IL4/IL5 services.
