Terri and her boyfriend Kraig have always wanted to get married but the hoarding has stood in the way. Terri spends all her time as a live-in caregiver for an elderly gentleman and has hoarded clutter in his house as well. Her entire life hangs in the balance as her relationship and her career are in jeopardy. Terri is finding the process extremely difficult and is clashing with the cleanup process. She needs to organize her house, her client's house and get her hoarding disorder under control. Will the Hoarders team of experts be able to complete the job or will Terri's temper stop the process?
