Calendar.help is a service that allows people to delegate their scheduling tasks to their own virtual scheduling assistant. Scheduling a meeting is as simple as adding Cortana to the Cc: line on an email. From there, Cortana takes care of the time-consuming coordination needed to find a time that works for all the attendees.
The technology behind Calendar.help was developed at Microsoft Research and later shipped as a joint project with the Outlook team (opens in new tab). The service is powered by hybrid intelligence: a seamless combination of human and machine intelligence.
