Microsoft Research Conversations in STEM is a series of live panel discussions hosted by Microsoft Research, featuring nine brilliant scientists who are blazing new trails in technology research. Moderated by 2021 Microsoft Research PhD and Ada Lovelace Fellows, Váleri Vásquez (opens in new tab), Emma Dauterman (opens in new tab) and Stefany Cruz (opens in new tab), the three panels will explore important topics in the tech research and academic communities. This year, researchers Emma Pierson (opens in new tab), Pashmina Cameron (opens in new tab) and Jina Suh (opens in new tab) will discuss their work in medical and health technology, while Yael Kalai (opens in new tab), Bichlien Nguyen (opens in new tab) and Andromachi Chatzieleftheriou (opens in new tab) will talk about the future horizons of science.
