We are delighted to announce that Microsoft has been awarded two Asian Private Banker Technology Awards: ‘Best integrated front office solutions’ and ‘Best provider of data analytics’.
Winning these awards is valued recognition of the commitment and capabilities we deliver in the financial services sector. It also highlights two key areas of focus in enabling banks to transform into the customer-centric, innovative and insightful organizations that today’s customers expect.
Our award for ‘Best integrated front office solutions’ recognizes the key strengths of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in providing a highly flexible relationship management framework that enables private banks to successfully manage multi-asset portfolios. Microsoft Dynamics CRM delivers the capabilities to track and visualize collections of assets from multiple classes, analyse and report on these investments, and share information with team members and subject matter experts. It has won recognition and awards from leading analysts, and winning this award from Asian Private Banker is a fantastic endorsement of the role it is playing in enabling banks to put the customer at the center of their business.
We’re also delighted to win the Asian Private Banker’s ‘Best provider of data analytics’ award. Customer insight has become a new currency for financial institutions, as the volume – and the potential – of structured and unstructured data continues to expand. Indeed, integrating front- middle-and back-office data and insights is a primary means of growth for today’s banks. The advanced analytics suites and high-performance cloud computing capabilities of the Microsoft data platform comprise Microsoft SQL Server 2014, Azure SQL Database, the Microsoft Azure IoT Suite, Cortana Analytics Suite, Azure Data Lake Power BI, and Azure Machine Learning. That’s quite an accolade, especially since the winners are decided through extensive conversation with experts who drive technology agendas in the sector.
