Viva Topics | 15A: Encourage explicit feedback on individual system outputs

Viva Topics encourages granular feedback on individual system outputs (Guideline 15, Pattern 15A) by asking users to indicate whether a topic highlighted on a page is indeed a topic of interest. It also makes clear why the system did what it did (Guideline 11) by explaining why the topic was highlighted.
