Deprecation of Voice of the Customer surveys on Dynamics 365 Marketing on July 1, 2020
This only impacts Dynamics 365 Marketing customers who are using surveys based on the Voice of the Customer solution.
As announced previously, Voice of the Customer is will be discontinued on July 1, 2020. Therefore, all surveys based on Voice of the Customer within Dynamics 365 Marketing will also be discontinued.
Please note that Dynamics 365 Marketing already supports surveys based on Microsoft Forms Pro.
Access to Voice of the Customer – including the ability to create new surveys and collect responses from live surveys – will be unavailable after July 1, 2020. However, existing survey data will continue to remain stored and available in Dynamics 365 Marketing.
What should you do?
Microsoft Forms Pro integration is available with Dynamics 365 Marketing to support surveys and customer journeys. Microsoft Forms Pro is included with a Dynamics 365 Marketing subscription for 2,000 survey responses per tenant/month. You may purchase additional responses separately. We encourage all customers to begin using Microsoft Forms Pro for new survey implementation. Customers should also recreate existing Voice of the Customer surveys using Microsoft Forms Pro in advance of the end of life for Voice of the Customer.
