Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Wins Gold Stevie Award
Microsoft is not only in the game when it comes to customer service and customer engagement; it’s in it to win it. And in the spirit of March Madness, we’re showing that we’re not only competitive, but that we’re focused on advancing forward with the announcement of another key award win this month: the Gold Stevie® Award for Contact Center Customer Service Solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016.
A derivative of the Greek name Stephanos meaning “crown,” the Stevie® Awards are recognized as one of the world’s top sales, business development, contact center and customer service awards. More than 2,000 nominations were evaluated in this year’s competition. Award finalists were determined by the scores of 115 professionals worldwide in preliminary judging, and then more than 60 members of category-specialized committees determined Gold, Silver and Bronze award placements.
Said one of the judges on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016’s Gold recognition in the contact center solution category, “Microsoft Dynamics is changing the perception and functionality of CRM. They are providing platforms that allow the consumer or company to customize many elements of the total that fit specific needs. They are leading the charge in these efforts and making it easy for companies to bring on CRM.”
And that is certainly our goal as we continue to introduce innovative features and functionality like those recently highlighted by our general manager Jujhar Singh in the Dynamics CRM Spring 2016 Wave announcement, where he says “I couldn’t be more optimistic about the future of our product and of our customers. Advances in the cloud and intelligence are making possible new capabilities and scenarios that not only help companies adapt their customer engagement to the digital era, but also use that engagement to secure and expand their business.”
Microsoft continues its much appreciated advancement as we head through March and into a new spring season. Our Gold Stevie® Award adds to an inspiring list of early 2016 wins which include this month’s CRM Magazine Service Leaders Awards in both customer case management and web support, 2016 CRM Watchlist Elite status shared with just two other companies, a CUSTOMER Magazine Product of the Year Award for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 and a listing among KMWorld’s 100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management.
There’s a quote related to basketball that says “excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better.” Here on our team, we’re always striving to better for each other, our product, our company and especially our customers. We’re honored by recognitions like these that show our continued efforts to do better are paying off.
