Forms Pro provides seamless integration for surveys within Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 and Office 365. You can use Forms Pro to send surveys to Dynamics 365 contacts.
This impacts only customers who are using the Voice of the Customer solution for Dynamics 365 apps. With the release of Microsoft Forms Pro, we are announcing the deprecation of Voice of the Customer within Dynamics 365.
