Susan Vosper

Susan Vosper brings over 30 years’ experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors leading global strategic planning efforts.  Susan’s experience builds upon a broad portfolio of skills in strategic and business planning, change management, communications and building great employee experiences.  She has served as a trusted advisor and integral member of leadership teams in sales, finance, product management and services organizations.  

Susan is passionate about creating great experiences, creating clarity and direction to enable people to achieve their goals.

She holds a BA in Psychology and Communications and a Leadership Executive MBA, both from Seattle University, along with certificates in leadership and organizational development from Antioch University.  Most recently she completed the Microsoft Core Leadership program through Cornell University.

Susan brings clear, practical understanding and empathic vision to her leadership and listens to allow solutions to evolve. 

On a personal note, Susan is married to Douglas, both are involved in animal welfare initiatives and are avid dog lovers.

Outside of family, Susan enjoys reading, gardening, and continuing with her fitness and self-care practices that enhance her journey as a lifelong learner.
