“This freed up the finance team to focus on analysis, insights, and work closer with the business customers,” said Rosenbaum, which reestablished trust with their users. As a result, PwC and Dynamics 365 enabled Agtegra to achieve a 40% reduction in accounts payable processing costs, slash monthly book closing from 20 days to 5 days, and cut time spent on daily bank reconciliations by 50%.
PwC was able to deepen their industry expertise, specifically within agriculture, which helped accelerate Agtegra’s business outcomes in weeks rather than months.
