Tom Kubik is the Enterprise Commercial Multi-Industry Lead for Microsoft Canada. He is responsible for leading a diverse and talented enterprise sales team that is committed to partnering with Canada’s largest companies across Retail, Energy, Manufacturing, Transportation, Technology, Media and Telecommunications to deliver on their business strategy and transformation. Tom and his team are focused on helping these companies thrive using innovative Microsoft and partner solutions that enable operational efficiency, improve productivity and uncover new business models.

With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, cloud, traditional software solutions, and consulting solutions sales & delivery, Tom has deep technology and industry experience as well as a proven track record of building exceptional teams that deliver strong results. He has been with Microsoft since 2005 holding a variety of technical, sales, and leadership roles in the field. Most recently Tom served as the National Azure Core leader helping customers across Canada realize their potential with the Azure cloud.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Tom’s career started in 1997 as the co-founder of Web Front, one of Microsoft Canada’s first Gold Partners focused on delivering e-commerce and collaboration platforms across North America.

Tom resides in Pickering, Ontario and enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends at an island cottage. He is also an avid skier and loves travelling with his wife and two daughters.
