As Consumer Channel Sales and Marketing Lead, Cait leads a team that creates new business opportunities and customer experiences through Windows, Xbox, Office, Surface, and partner devices.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Cait held various leadership positions on the Samsung Electronics Canada Mobile Device team across Carrier Strategy, Product Management and Commercial Sales. Cait has also spent time in Palo Alto, CA at one of Silicon Valley’s most talked about start-ups, Essential Products and delivered experiential marketing programs for brands such as Microsoft, Rogers, Blackberry and Sony Ericsson. With 15 years of experience spearheading change through many technology shifts, Cait is focused on performance sales and building a strong marketing culture.

Outside of work, Cait focuses on life with her partner, their four children and their dog Atwood. They volunteer with the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guide program fostering and training future Service Dogs.
